Updating Users based on CSV import with Employee ID field

Updating Users based on CSV import with Employee ID field

I need to do a bulk update on several users (set to expire, disable, or delete) using a CSV import that contains their EmpID.  I have been unsuccessfuly in getting the csv import to import properly with only the empid field.

Any help or suggestions?
