Good Afternoon,

I am patching - Update for Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise Current Channel for x64 2201 of version(14827.20192) on 5 Surface Go Devices and I am not able to get the patch installed with refresh or startup options.

I keep getting "The directory cannot be removed." error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
