I have an incident additional pickuplist field called "Branch". I renamed one of the pickup content of this field 'Abu Dhabi' to 'Abu Dhabi(11)' to indicated the code of the branch. Now, new requests created takes the new value and the old requests remain with the old value. I need to update the old requests to show the new value without causing any changes in the History. Requesting help to do this through query scripts.
