I am running Desktop Central on an isolated network. In order to run scans and collect application data, I need to sync with ManageEngine. Is there a way to run a sync on an internet connected computer and copy the data to the DC database in the isolated network?
I am seeing the "Unable to download - https://patchdb.manageengine.com/dc-crs/crs-meta-data.xml. Ensure that your proxy/firewall/antivirus, is not blocking the download." message on Patch Management tab and "Application details are empty. Sync to update package database." message on Software Deployment tab.
