Hi everyone,

 

We are running Opmanager build no 8812. I noticed the Desktops clients that are being monitored do not get their IP Address updated when that changes.

We have a DHCP running in our network( other than the server running OpManager)

Server running OpManager solves corectlly the names and nslookup looks correct and accurate, but OpManager does not get updated.

 

Any idea what to do to troubleshoot this?
