Updated to latest 15150, issue with search bar

We have updated from 13009 to the latest version 15150.

Our technicians have a need to search for multiple tickets at a time. They used to do this in the search bar at the very top and it would work like in the screenshots.

However now it seems to be very temperamental whether it finds the request IDs or not.

Sometimes it seems like it finds something else all together, despite them using the "Requests" > "Request ID" search option.

In the example screenshot, I have checked and verified that each of the individual request IDs exists, so it's not like one of them doesn't exist and so it tries to make a best guess.
