Update Workstation/Servers, then reboot

I am trying to create a custom configuration that allows me to scan, patch and reboot a group of servers after hours. The policy uses these settings:
It seems to deploy fine, however, the servers do not reboot. No one is logged in, but when I do log in, I get the windows dialog box that updates were applied and press the button to postpone or reboot now. I want them to reboot 5 minutes after the last deployment regardless of anyone logged in. This should work for workstations as well, example my training room. Thank you.
