Update to Version 7.0 ( Build Version 7005)

Version 7005 has been released:

New feature:
1. Request Type values can be configured using the configuration wizard

Bug fixes:
1. When importing users from Active Directory the display name was getting replaced by login name
2. Unable to view the additional columns (mobile) for existing fields in Requesters and Technicians list view
3. Junk characters appear when more that 1 space is present between words in request description
4. Junk characters coming up in notes when a '\n' character is present. eg. a\sample\note
5. JS error in Italian language on clicking Edit, Close, Merge, Delete, and Assign Request in request list view

Instructions to apply this update :

1. Shut down service desk Plus Server.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
