Update to SD Plus Enterprise 9042
We updated to Build 9042 (from 9041) yesterday. Since that update, the previous conversations are no longer part of the reply. Also the To field is no longer populated. See attachment after clicking on Reply.
This behaviour is reproducible in IE 9, IE 11, Chrome 42.0.2311.135 and Firefox 37.0.2.
We run SD Plus Enterprise on Windows Server 2008 R2.
