Update to Hotfix SP 1_14.ppm

I am attempting to install hotfix 8_0_SP-1_14.ppm onto a build:8039. My Desktop Central Server is running on a Win 2008 server. I have done about five if these HotFix installations and they are easy to install. Shutdown Desktop Central service > Run UpdateManager.bat > Select the .ppm file and the install wizard completes the job. My problem comes after I select the .ppm file (ManageEngine_Desktop_Central_8_0_sp-1_14.ppm) and push the Install button the wizard runs for a short time and displays a message, "This Patch is not compatible with Desktop Central version you have installed."
I have downloaded the hotfix and ran the UdateManager.bat twice always with the same result. Anyone have any ideas?
