Update success?

Update success?

 I am currently running two ManageEngine products - ServiceDesk+ and FacilitesDesk.  In the past year, I have NEVER had a successful upgrade for either product.  I have had to contact MangeEngine every time I updated either product and in some cases had to send them my databases and wait for them to upgrade them so they could be installed with the latest version.  I was wondering if this is a normal experience for other ManageEngine software users?
