Update reason is not shown in history...

Update reason is not shown in history...

When editing a ticket and adding a reason for updating, the reason itself is not shown in the history of the ticket. The history simply states that the ticket has been updated e.g.

Updated by administrator on Thu, 05 Jun 2008 07:06:58

Is this the correct way it is supposed to function. I'd like for the reason the ticket was updated to be displayed, i.e.
