is there an option besides going from one request to another, to update field: Edit Incident - Requester Details Section - Requester Name?
I was struggling on how to split and assign "Area Supervisors" to their Shops in order to see all the requests made from assigned area. It was done already by Departments but... all the requests created before assignmence Shops to new departments - remained with the old ones and those ofc are not visible for Supervisors.
It makes sense, the logic with request history and so on, but not in my case.
The easiest but the most time consuming way on how to do it is to go from one request to another and just update requests (which, in fact is only kinda 'refresh').
Unfortunately, in my case it might take... days.
I would be grateful for some hint.
