Hello,

Currently using 9.8.6 (9860) and trying to upgrade to 10250, so I am first attempting to move to 9.8.3 sp1.  Every time I run the updatemanager.bat, and select the ppm file, it just sits there with no change after a couple hours.  No errors, etc. 

Any suggestions?
