Update from ServiceDesk version 7.6 to 8.0
Hi Everyone,
We are currently running ServiceDesk Plus version 7.6 and want to upgrade to 8.0 cleanly by backing up the database, uninstall version 7.6 then installing 8.0 then restoring the old 7.6 database. Is this scenario possible. What would be another avenue for this?
