Update from 8212 to 8217 Fails
In attempting to run the update I am getting this error in the updatemanager logs.
[com.adventnet.persistence.EEARExtractor] [SEVERE] : Exception occurred while extracting eear :: [.\applications/AdventNetServiceDesk.eear] :: .\applications/AdventNetServiceDesk.eear
What is the best solution this error.
