Update from 8.1.0 Build 8109 to 9.1 Build 9107
Good Afternoon!
I have been trying to update our Service Desk and I am running into trouble. I've followed the instructions that I have found on the website and am not having much luck. I've taken our live database and made a copy of it on a workstation to see if I can get it to work with a step by step update but after trying to get to about 8. something, the database doesn't seem to response. Since we are currently using the Free version we do not get support. The original install of our ServiceDesk Plus is using MySql.
Does anyone know of a way to upgrade the database to the newest version or has anyone seen issues like this?
