update from 7011 to 7020
I've got some major problems... I ran the latetest update and found that SD would not load up after at all!! I have tried to roll back and uninstall the update and I was told that this option was not avalible... So having taken a backup before I ran the update I decided to remove SD completly reinstall and restore the data... still no luck... I need to contact one of you guys for a little over the phone help...
