Just a question, what is the best way to update a request?
I see that you can use the field 'REASON FOR UPDATE" or RESOLUTION
E.g.a request is about an error - we want to update the request with saying '.....have changed blabla, please try again'
And also with our previous app for helpdesk we had a shortcut to put in auto the date and time we did the update, is this also possible in ServiceDesk?
