Update 6007 has broke my SD+
Again I have lost a database of Servicedesk Plus. Do they know in India what they are making????
First updated from 6003 to 6007, don't know what gone wrong but no Servicedesk anymore. I found a SDPrestore.txt which is giving some information that the restore couldnt put back data. I reinstalled 6007, tried to restore, same error. I made a backup before te upgrade, but that file is gone. Does SD+ updater remove it after a upgrade?
Now I wanted to restore 6003. Installed 6003, trying to restore backup: wrong version. Huh? WRONG VERSION? The backup file is named 6003 and I installed 6003. After that tried to restore 6003 to version 6000 to 6606, no luck.
More then a year of data, and no response of the technicians yet. Damnit, I need to work. This is the second time this happens, I can't wait days before we can work :(
Please wake up technical support and take a look at my mail! I don't know what to do anymore.
