Upcoming EU and AU DR Drill Scheduled for 2nd November, 2025
Dear customers,
We will be conducting our annual Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill for EU and AU services on November 2nd, 2025. This drill is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure comprehensive DR readiness for the EU and AU deployments and to support our growing server infrastructure more efficiently.
Below is the schedule for the DR switch operation:
Services will be running in DR Data Center for one week. During the switch, we anticipate a brief downtime of approximately 2-3 minutes per service, provided there are no unforeseen issues. If you experience any disruption, please contact us at analyticsplus-support@manageengine.com, and we will respond promptly to assist you.
