Upcoming enhancements on Navigation & Footer Settings, Assets, CMDB Criteria and Issue Fixes in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

Dear Users,

We’re pleased to share an important announcement about the upcoming enhancements on Navigation & Footer Settings, Assets, CMDB Criteria and Issue Fixes in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

Below is a brief run-through of the same.

Enhancements

Navigation & Footer Settings

Show, hide, and reorder the Assets tab in the navigation menu for requesters under Setup > General Settings > Navigation & Footer.

Assets

A new Is Component column is now available in the software list view. You can add it by using Column Chooser and use it to define custom view criteria.

CMDB Criteria

You can now set date/time field criteria by using predefined time ranges. Supported operators for the criteria are is and is not.

Issues Fixed

Requests

Cluster analysis training status remains as Completed and not updated to Idle if there are no matching incidents in the last 7-day period.

Assets and Purchases

Technicians without Assets module permission are unable to receive assets through purchase orders, even if they have permission to the Purchases module.

Integrations

ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager actions, such as Associate Profiles, Distribute Apps, Deprovision, and Locate Device, triggered from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud fail to execute.

Note : All upgrades and feature releases, will be in-service and there won't be any downtime or service interruption.
