Upcoming enhancements in Requester Portal Customization Enhancement in ServiceDesk plus Cloud

Dear Users,
We’re pleased to share an important announcement about the upcoming enhancements on Requester Portal Customization in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

Below is a brief run-through of the same.

Requester Portal Customization Enhancement
Create and customize self-service portals tailored to the needs of different user groups, providing each group with a personalized experience.


Organize the sequence of portals
If a user is part of several groups, each with a personalized home page, use the Organize feature to define the display sequence. The first active page in the list will be presented to the user. If the highest-priority page is disabled, the next enabled page will be shown instead.


Zoho Survey Enhancements
  1. The Survey Templates list view now displays average rating for each template.
  1. The Survey Results list view now displays rating and net promoter score (NPS) for each result.
  1. Ratings and NPS are calculated on a scale of 10.
Behavior Changes
In survey templates, configuring scores is no longer mandatory for questions that use the rating format.

Note : All upgrades and feature releases, will be in-service and there won't be any downtime or service interruption.
