Enhancements
General
Permission to View Technician's Cost Per Hour

Service Category is now available as a default option across editions to manage both incident and service templates.
Advanced Options for Request Conversion
Search requesters using name and email address
Delete icon is now shown in incident request approvals.
The Site field is now shown along with Group and Technician fields when assigning a technician to a request from the request list view or request details page.
When two technicians edit the same request, a message showing the activity of the other technician will now be displayed in the request edit form.
Assets
Option to View Associated Entities
Option to add or remove CAL licenses from the details page
Export Vendors
Select Asset Tag, Serial Number, or Service Tag as Mapping Field to copy the same barcode value to that field when generating custom barcodes.
Configure sync rules to run over virtual machines or virtual hosts.
The Last Logged In User column has been added to the Assign Users pop-up that appears when assigning users from the workstation, virtual machine, virtual host, or server list view.
The User Email and User Employee ID fields are supported in the asset list view.
The asset history now shows the public IP addresses used by assets during their self-scan.
Reports
Support for worklogs and milestones custom reports across modules.
