Upcoming DR drill in IN on 10th May 2026 and 17th May 2026

Dear Customers,

We have planned to conduct our yearly Disaster Recovery(DR) Drill for Zoho India Service on 10th May 2026 and 17th May 2026 to ensure our DR Readiness in IN Deployment. This will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.

Below is the schedule for switch operation

Services will be running in the DR Data Center for a week.

We may expect average downtime of 2-3 minutes for a service provided no issues during the switch. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop us an email at support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com and we’ll be quick to help you.
