Unsolicited Alarms, Monitor AS400, HP Printer Name

Hi guys,

I am new to opManager plus using SNMP and I am going through trying to set it up to monitor the devices on our network. I have a few question that I hope you guys can answer.

1) I have alarm messages in the unsolicited traps and I dont understand how to turn these into proper traps.

2) I am trying to monitor our AS400 but whenever I go to test credentials it always fails when testing the CLI yet I am using the qsecorf credentials so there should be no problem with authority. Any thoughts on what I can do to get this working?

3) I have some hp 2015 printers that I have setup to be monitored by SNMP and is fine apart from I have renamed the devices but opManager is still reporting them with there default system names.

4)Is there any plans to be a able to monitor air conditioning units and have them in the infrastructure view?
