Unrelated tasks were assigned

Hello! This is Yoonseo Park who is a technical staff in Telemant Corporation in Seoul.
Tasks So, I had a problem in that I got many unrelated tasks this afternoon suddenly at a time in my ServiceDesk Plus request section.
Would you mind if you explained to me why I got so many unrelated tasks?
