unpacking failed
Hi,
I tried to install opManager v.7 on my son's computer and got the error message: "unpacking failed".
System installed is Microsoft Windows Xp Professionel Titanium Edition SP2
(num�ro 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254:Service Pack 2).
See the attachment for files in my dir.
Since I don't talk a very good english and I find very difficult to understand someone speaking english over the phone, could you please send me the procedure via email ?
