Every now and then I have a technician merge a request they should not have.

This is really deadly as once someone merges two requests the secondary request is gone - forever. No way to get it in SDP, no way to get it from Exchange . It's just gone. 

It would be great if there was an unmerge feature in SDP. Where it would act allot like the 'archived' and deleted requests and go to a ''merged trash' box. Then we could go to that request and unmerge it if it was merged be mistake.
