Unmark Problem as Known error

Unmark Problem as Known error

Hello, 

We have discovered that there's a field in Problems named 'Known Error'. This field turns to 'Yes' whenever a solution or workaround is documented in the problem. 

Now, we need for some specific reasons to unmark this. In other words, we need our problems to eventualy stop being  known error.

We have not been succesful trying to accomplish this. How can we make it?
