After I upgraded the build number from 6303 to 6400 and client agent version from 6.3 to 6.5,
when I try to Unlock Account from client desktop for the account that is locked, I am getting the following error:
"Cannot unlock the user. The user account is not locked."
The Reset Password feature works fine but not Unlock Account
The workstations have a valid SSL certificate expiring 2032. This happens on all workstations.
