Having used the function in AD Self Service Plus, I was unpleasantly surprised to find it missing in ADManager Plus:

Unlock account on all Domain Controllers

Please can you urgently add this feature in the next release, additionally we found the locked out users report was not reporting all locked out users, even though there was no OU filtering AND I'd refreshed the locked out users report. First it said 0, then after a refresh it said 5, but that still wasn't ALL the accounts that were locked.
