when i saw Event Summary of Event Summary Report about severity classified as "Unknown Severity" , What does mean "Unknown Severity"???

and another Internet Reports  all result including Top External Hosts, Top External Protocol Groups are classified is NO DATA, why is like that after import firewall log into firewall analyzer
