Why is Desktop Central detecting the PatchID 100682 (Bulletin MSWU-1154) as needed on my systems?
Running Windows Update on these systems does not detect this patch as needed - neither as "Critical" nor as "Recommended"
Attempting to deploy the patch to systems results in the status "Unknown Error. Code : -2145124329"
