Unknow reason casue Server DownTime

Dear Support

Firstly ,the App Manager is running quite well before.

While i noticed that one of the monitor is having some problem recently

Attached the screen shot for your reference.

The overview of the monitor group show other service within the group is running normally. The web service is proved to be running.

While i don't know why the Windows Server Monitor is showing DOWN.

Inside the window server monitor . it show the System Health is GREEN. which mean Service UP.

While in the Availability , the Downtime is keep on increasing

If the window server is down..how can other service inside that server is up...

I have restarted the App manager service but still no luck, while the production web server is not that easy to arrange downtime. so i have not yet try to restart my production server.
