Uninstall Office 2010 with Desktop Central

I am a novice when it comes to Desktop Central and using programs to install software remotely. We have Office 2010 installed on our computers but Desktop Central was not used to install it.  It is was installed manually.  We now have Office 2021 all set to deploy through Desktop Central.  I was able to figure that out but I don't know how to uninstall office 2010 with Desktop Central.  I have followed a few directions and created the .xml file but nothing is working.  I think the problem is that it is hard to uninstall software through Desktop Central if it was installed individually? if someone can give me step by step directions, that would be wonderful.
