uninstall error Cannot remove InfoPath 2013

uninstall error Cannot remove InfoPath 2013

I am unable to remove InfoPath 2013 using the setup.exe /uninstall INFOPATHR /config "SilentUninstallConfig.xml" 
The progress states its uninstalling but stays in Progress for hours. Then it will error out with the message "Either you havent provided the silent switches or the silent switches are incorrect"

I am not sure which log file will show me why its erroring out.
