Recently our OpManager service shutdown without warning and we went a number of days without even realizing it. OpManager logged the event in the Windows Event Log as:
"There were 2 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving up."
A second or two later, another event was logged as:
"There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs."
I've seen this issue in a few other threads but there didn't appear to be any specific root cause. Is there anyway we can narrow down possible causes so we don't accidentally go un-monitored again.
