Under Problem cannot assign to specific group or technicien
i this is only happening for one of my problems.
when i create a task and attempt to associate to a group or technicien there is no options showing up from the drop down. so far only 1 problem has this issue and the other problems work properly. (eg. i can assign tasks to groups, technicians using the drop downs.
