Unassigned Requests

In SD+ when there are unassigned request they are not on immediate view, you have to go to "All Open Requests" and trawl through and hunt for them. Would it be possible for them to be linked into each of our technician's open items. So a technician in "My open Requests" can view the unnassigned ones there too.

Either that, or on the open requests screen, be able to view individual users requests instead of having to go into reports for it.
