Unassign technician from existing request should show bold

Unassign technician from existing request should show bold

We have upgraded to 5506 from 5001.

Now new when only unassigning technician from existing request, but keeping the existing group the request does not show bold in the request list.

Any setting issue or is this a bug? Pls advise / Thanks
