I installed the trial of Netflow Analyzer to see if it will work for our network, and it appeared to be working correctly, until about a half hour after it was installed. Much of the traffic that was showing up properly disappeared under the specific IP Destinations, and showed up under "unaccounted" traffic. This was all in less than an hour, and I was still using the Last hour view. All of the other views show the same thing. I get that traffic will show up under unaccounted when it first comes in, but why would traffic that's already been analayzed show up there after the fact? The N records were set at 100, moving them up to 300 did not solve the issue. I had about a 1GB of traffic, and 700MB of it was showing up under unaccounted.
