Users are only able to view their own tickets waiting for approval in SDP but they no longer have the option to see waiting approvals which are for them to take action on. This option was there in previous version.
They can only approve or decline approvals via the initial email: 'Approval required for an IT ServiceDesk Request'. When they go directly to the SDP portal or when they receive an 'Approval reminder notification' vie email, they are unable to act as they are unable to open the relevant approvals.
