Unable to upgrade to 90033
I am trying to upgrade from Desktop central 80295 to 90033 without much success.
First, I tried upgrading from 80295 to 90002 using the upgrade pack. Once I did this, I tried starting the Desktop Central server and it just hangs in a 'Starting' state .. never starts or gives out an error.
Next, I restored my 80295 from backup. Reinstalled the upgrade to 90002 using the upgrade pack, then immediately installed the 90033 hotfix. Tried starting Desktop Central, and again it just hangs (I waited about an hour on this attempt and it still had not started).
Then, I noticed that I had a copy of the 80332 hotfix downloaded to my server. So another restore back to 80295 and then ran the upgrade to 80332. That actually worked and Desktop Central server started up normally.
So next, I thought maybe it was something with 80295 and now that I am on 80332 I would have better luck. So I tried upgrading from 80332 to 90002 using the upgrade pack. Again, Desktop Central server just hangs in the 'Starting' state.
So as of now, I am back on 80332, but still need to get up to 90033. Is there a specific upgrade path that I need to be taking (and if so, where can I get the download links to previous hotfixes)? Or does anybody have any other ideas? I should probably also mention that there are no errors when I perform each of the upgrades using the UpgradeManager.
