Unable to upgrade Service Desk Plus
In our company we have a SDP Version : 7.5.0 Build 7500. I tried to follow the upgrade procedure described at
http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/service-packs.html . But it simply fails as it says the service packs are not compatible.
What to do now?
