Unable to upgrade from 11.2 to any new version

Hi All,


We have a problem to upgrade our ServiceDesk Plus 11.2 to any new version due to the following errors under Linux system.

 

-        /ManageEngine/ServiceDesk/Patch/AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus-11.3.0-SP-1.0.0/pgsql_old  not found, hence ignoring DB migration steps.

-        Or if I manage to create directory manually, then the installation is not able to stop or start the pgsql database.


We use Centos 8.2.2 and Postgres database under ServiceDeskPLus.

Is there anyone had the same problem before?
