Unable to update to 8007 , The update fails right after the backup is run...
I'm able to start my ServiceDesk Plus install just fine and it still works as normal...
I can't see any reason why the update won't install. I'm running version 8.0.0 Build 8006 trying to update to 8007.
I can attach my support file if needed, I did a search on the forums and haven't seen others having this issue...
New to ADSelfService Plus?
