Unable to update Patch Sync

I have struggled to update the patch sync since installing to try Desktop Central 9 about 12 days ago. We do not have a proxy server but a direct internet connection once authenticated on the domain. I have verified activity is not blocked by our firewall but the connection cannot be made.


When I do a nslookp on the two domains listed they resolve to 117.20.43.137. When I try to tracert or ping those domains or the IP address, it always times out.

Can anyone provide some help or guidance on this? The KB articles have not proved helpful so far.  Thanks!
