I've been attempting to update from build 9600 to 9700 of Netflow Analyzer but have run into the following problem.

 

When I attempt to run UpdateManager.bat I receive the error message below:

 

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adventnet/netflow/dbutils/NFClientUtil

"Netflow server is running. Shutdown server before upgrading"

 

I made sure to stop the service but still receive the error.

So I then attempted to run shutdown.bat and received the following error:

So far I've found no way around this problem and have been unable to locate anything on the forums.

By the way we are running Windows 2008 (SP2) x64 as the OS.
