Unable to update Desktop Central - Service Desk Plus integration issue
We had a one year trial version of Service Desk Plus that we integrated when setting up Desktop Central. Due to reasons that could not be resolved by support, after a couple months we eventually reverted back to an earlier backup. However, we no longer use Service Desk Plus (nor is it configured for anything). However, our Desktop Central is telling us there are security updates, but when we try to download/install them, it tells us that we must use Service Desk Plus .... but we no longer use Service Desk Plus ... (sigh)
Should we just nuke everything and start over?
